Sophia Marr came to the Real Estate industry with a degree in Paralegal Studies and a background of 5 years serving in the US Army with the Army Special Operations Command. She is a Lake of the Ozarks local which benefits her as a lake expert, uniquely fit to negotiate and manage your real estate transaction.  She joined Fran Campbell Team in 2010 as the Listing and Marketing Coordinator and later enthusiastically transitioned to the position of Sales Associate/Real Estate Consultant on Fran Campbell Team, a position in which she has found much success. She was awarded Rookie of the year in 2013 by Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors®, she has been recognized repeatedly for her outstanding production numbers, selling $7,900,000 worth of inventory in 2018 and completing 42 transactions. Sophia has assisted her team in winning many awards including the RE/MAX Diamond Club, RE/MAX Titan Club, and consistent recognition for being one of the Top Selling teams in the RE/MAX Mid-States region. Fran Campbell Team members were even included on the REAL TRENDS® list of "Americas Best Real Estate Professionals" a compilation of the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide.  She was showcased by Second Home Living magazine list of real estate agents under 40 for standing out and making her mark on the local real estate industry. She has also received numerous designations and the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors®. Sophia is very trustworthy, energetic and detail oriented with a true heart for service for clients. 


Sophia is married to Command Sergeant Major Matthew Marr of the Missouri National Guard and they have 3 beautiful children Gavin, Griffin and Grace.
